1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Section 9 Trading Post. By using the site you accept them.

2. What This Website Is

This site describes used IBC totes and IBC cages we have for sale and lists what they cost. It is a description of stock, not an offer that binds either side. Availability changes as inventory moves, and a price or an item shown here may be gone by the time you get in touch.

3. Condition and Sold As Is

Everything listed on this site is used and is sold as is. Items are described to the best of our knowledge from what we know of where they came from. We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. You are welcome to inspect anything before you buy it, and we would rather you did.

4. Prior Contents and Suitability

Totes are sold by grade according to what they previously held. Deciding whether a particular container suits your intended use is your responsibility, and that includes any regulatory or food safety requirement that applies to what you plan to put in it. A tote sold for waste oil or industrial storage must not be used for water, food, or any consumable. Nothing on this site is a certification, a rating, or an approval of any container for any purpose.

5. Transport of Regulated Materials

We sell containers; we do not recondition, test, or certify them. Nothing sold here is represented as qualified for the transport of hazardous materials under federal regulation. If you intend to use a container for regulated transport, confirming that it meets the applicable marking and retest requirements is your responsibility.

6. Prices

Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and are per item unless stated otherwise. Where an item shows "call for pricing", the figure is confirmed when you contact us. We may change prices at any time.

7. Pickup and Delivery

Stock can be collected from Nora Springs or delivered. Delivery is arranged case by case and depends on the size of the order rather than a fixed service radius. Loading, securing, and transporting anything you collect yourself is your responsibility.

8. Use of the Site

You may read this site and get in touch with us through it. You may not copy its content for commercial use, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Accuracy

We keep the descriptions, dimensions, and prices on this site as accurate as we can, but we do not warrant that everything is complete or current at every moment. Specifications quoted for container sizes are approximate and vary between manufacturers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from the use of any container bought from us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Iowa.
