No, and we would not sell one to you for that. A tote that held waste oil is sold for industrial storage only. If the job involves water, food, honey, or sap, the food grade stock is the only stock to look at.

The pallet base takes forks from any side, so a tractor with pallet forks or a forklift handles it. Fittings vary between totes, so check that the valve on the one you take matches whatever you plan to connect to it.
